Where did January go?
It seems just seconds since the New Year and a few minutes since Christmas, but somehow 2014 is well in the past and 2015 is well underway. People often bemoan January but before we have had time to say Happy New Year, it's almost gone.
Let's just take a moment to look back at 2014 and for MysonPages it was a year of change. Firstly we moved offices, and although the postcode stayed the same our new suite has room to all the things that last one didn't, including elbow room to open the many boxes from DELL that we receive week by week.
Secondly, and very importantly all things Small Business Server came to an end with Microsoft withdrawing the package that they had encouraged us to build MysonPages around. While there's plenty of life left in the systems that are out there, we've got new solutions to find.
Also, in April Microsoft removed support for Windows XP, after 13 years it is sad to say goodbye. Windows 7 is good, Windows 8 is better but friendless almost in business, and now here comes Windows 10.
Award Winners you say?
Towards the end of the year we we're asked to take part in the Zen Internet Partner day and gave a 20 min presentation on how we've worked together for the last 10 years. We were nominated for 2 awards, being a finalist in one - The Spirit of Partnership Award - and the winner of Solution Sales Partner of the Year. A great day to be apart of!
