Has been here from the start and now enjoys developing the long term relationships we have with our clients. That’s what we are really all about. Although he’s the only salesman we’ve never had, he’s also a techy in denial. A great user of technology, be that work, taking photos or placing a bet but equally would love to never use any of it ever again. Seeing our team grow and develop, with happy staff and customers makes what we do worthwhile.
David Brereton Managing Director and Founder of MysonPages, since 1999.
Joined us after a two week interview that he didn’t know he was having. We were putting a system in where he was working and spotted he was looking to move into IT. Since 2006 he’s eventually become our Technical Director, being the authority on all that we now do. Kev has responsibility for our all the products and services we use across our customer base. Not much beats him.

Sam has been with Myson Pages since 2009 and his multifaceted role has developed into him now being the manager of our Operations team where he works closely with David and Vicki. This central role sees him as a go between the technical and non-technical teams, as well as managing third party and supplier relationships. The other core responsibilities of his role are to drive the development and marketing of new offerings, internal and external project management and also managing Myson’s procurement & financial processes.

A chance conversation with a new customer revealed that Chris wanted to work in IT. As luck would have it we were looking to recruit and the rest is history. Having been an established and recognisable voice on our helpdesk, he now runs it and the team who work on it. A key contact for a number of clients and responsible for our support services across MysonPages.
Chris Routledge Helpdesk Manager, joined 2008.
Edd joined MysonPages as an apprentice, and followed an NVQ in IT. He’s learnt through study and on the job training, but is now a key member of the team. Another voice on our helpdesk he’s now moved to focussed on project delivery - installing systems and on boarding new customers, bringing his technical knowledge to the fore.

Vicki joined Myson Pages from the NHS in a change of career and has hit the ground running as our customer facing Service Manager. Her role sees her being the first point of contact for our customers, providing regular communication and creating good relationships along the way. Vicki works alongside Sam and David, offering project support as well as communicating with our customers about new products and services.

For a number of years, Dave was our contact at a customer’s, he was the one we worked with to solve their problems. Now, he’s doing that for others after a change of career, and finds himself in the unenviable position of now being the supplier and not the customer, to his old work colleagues.
David Lea IT Technician, joined 2011.
Stewart joined MysonPages having been working in IT for a number of years, latterly with his own IT hardware supply business. He brings his wealth of knowledge from previous roles to our team, along with his best wishes for all who call him. He’ll always thank you for calling, it’s his catchphrase!

Jake joined us to do an apprenticeship after graduating from college, but he’s no stranger to us. A couple of work experience placements while at school and he always wanted to come back. He’s now completed his apprenticeship with distinction and is a key member of our helpdesk team.
Jake Winterbottom IT Technician, joined 2019.
Rob joined MysonPages late in 2021 having had longstanding career in IT. He’s a key member of our helpdesk team and can be found on the phone and working out at client sites. While relatively new to us he’s an industry pro having worked for many years in helpdesk environments. Our quiet American is a soothing voice at the end of a phone, sure to put you at ease and solve your problems.
Rob Salas IT Technician, joined 2021.
Jack is our Business Improvement Manager. Yes we’ve got to that stage, that size, where it is a very good idea for someone to have responsibility to make sure our processes and the way we run, works. IT is always changing, so it’s a tricky job keeping pace with change and reacting to it too. Jack is focussed on making MysonPages be the best version of Myson there has been now and in the future. While Jack watches us grow and rise, he’s a ex baker so would hopefully have right career experience for his role now back at Myson.

Andrew is currently working through his apprenticeship with us having also joined us 2021. An IT Graduate from Manchester he’s starting his career with us at Sandbrook House. Already a popular voice on our helpdesk he’s working his way through all the products and services we offer.
Andrew Adshead joined 2021.
